I would like to thank the people of Ingham County for giving me the chance to serve for four more years. 

This was my first campaign, after 22 years as a career trial prosecutor. As Ingham County Prosecutor, I've continued in the courtroom as we reduce the backlog of previous major felonies. We're working to address serious, violent and gun-related crime, while providing equal justice for all. 

I believe we're making positive changes in our criminal justice system and greatly appreciate your support to continue this progress.

It is an honor to now be the Democratic candidate for Ingham County Prosecutor.

I am thankful for everyone who has made it possible for me to serve and now run for election since my appointment by the Circuit Court judges in December 2022.

Since taking office, we have turned the corner on gun violence in Lansing and Ingham County. There has been a substantial decline in shootings, homicides, sexual assaults, and domestic violence.

I believe we should continue to address violent and gun-related crime, especially by repeat and habitual offenders. We need to further invest in crime prevention, violence interruption, and youth development programs, to continue building a safer, healthier future for your children.

Despite our progress so far there is much to be done together to continue to advance human and civil rights with equal justice and safety for all.
